Our greatest area of expertise is packaging agricultural powders and granules into water-soluble Poly Vinyl Alcohol (PVA) film using Vertical Form Fill Seal (VFFS) machinery. However BPS provides diverse packaging capabilities. In addition to PVA, BPS is experienced in running virtually any type of flexible film such as polyethylene, foil or polyester laminates or Valéron for child resistant packages.
We have the equipment and expertise to fill powders, granules, liquids and gels. BPS can run single lane “pillow style” bags or multi-lane “4 side seal” packages and even multi-compartment bags with more than one product present.
BPS has extensive tablet and briquetting experience. Currently we produce tablets for water treatment and cleaning compounds, fertilizers, dyes and insecticides. Tablet sizes range from 1 to 250 grams.
