AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS
BPS-INC offers packaging for Agricultural Products in a wide variety of sizes and capacities into VFFS bags, preformed bags, bottles, buckets, and jugs.
Different product types are kept separated through the use of 5 different production Units located on three different sites. The sites are divided into Insecticide/Fungicide, Low Activity and High Activity Herbicides.
BPS-INC also handles many Fertilizers, Micro Nutrients and Active Biological products utilized in agricultural. Our Adams mixer can produce fertilizer blends with batch sizes up to 20,000 lbs.
Fly Bait attractants are formulated and packaged at our site, utilized to minimize fly infestation at feedlots, dairy and poultry farms.
Using Vertical Form Fill Seal machines, (VFFS) packages sizes range from ½ gram to 12 lbs.
Film types run on VFFS include PVA, LDPE, Laminates of Polyester and LDPE with or without Foil, Nylon and other materials. Packages are also produced using Valeron child resistant film and Paper-Poly-Foil-Poly laminates.
Feeding systems include various types of pumps for liquids and gels, as well as auger, scales and volumetric feeders for powders and granular material.
BPS-INC can also fill a wide variety of preformed packages including stand up bags or pouches, 50 lb multiwall paper bags and many types of rigid plastic containers ranging from a few grams to 50 lbs.
BPS-INC has the experience to support large company supply chain requirements such as SAP, advanced inventory control and real time online data reporting.
